What's that Fluffy Whiteness in the sky?

We saw fluffy whiteness in the sky, and later had a bit of rain! You know, that wet stuff that normally falls from the sky either in the spring until we drown, or in the late summer after everything is DEAD. We are very thankful! Thank you for the rain, Lord! It's dry everywhere and the fields and animals are suffering. 

Sometimes the wind and clouds fool me and it's disappointing and reminds me of this verse:
"As clouds and wind without rain, so is he that boasts himself of his gifts falsely."  ~Proverbs 25:14
